Return and Exchange Policy

At Temple du Rococo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations and you would like to return or exchange it, we’re here to help.

Steps to Return or Exchange an Item:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hodawahby@gmail.com. Please include the reason for your return or exchange in your message.
• We will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. If they aren’t returned within this timeframe, the purchase will be considered final.
• Please Note: Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a defect due to our craftsmanship, we will repair it within 4 weeks of purchase, provided the issue wasn’t caused after the product left our hands.

Refunds:

• If you request a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 30 days after we have received the item in satisfactory condition.
• Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable.

Terms for Return or Exchange:

• You are responsible for the cost of returning items to Temple du Rococo.
• Both the item and its original packaging must be undamaged and free from any signs of use.
• You must contact us before sending an item back. Items that are returned without prior notice or are insufficiently stamped will not be accepted.
• For returns within the Netherlands, items must be sent using registered or insured mail, as you are responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.
• we will e-mail you the address of returning the item.
